Re: Important Information: Our response to Coronavirus

These are clearly unprecedented times.

We do hope that you are keeping safe and well.

In view of the escalating Covid-19 situation, I am writing to reassure you that we shall continue to support you and handle your work.

We remain open for business and will continue to operate as close to normal as possible.

Operational matters

Some of our staff are now working from home through remote access to our systems within a secure IT environment.

We would ask that, where possible, you communicate with us ideally be email, otherwise by telephone, in the usual way.

Your emails and telephone calls will be immediately diverted to our staff working from home.

They will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Employee and client safety

The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients is of paramount importance to us.

With this in mind, we have decided to take the sensible precaution of closing our offices to all visitors, including clients.

But you can continue to contact us by email, by telephone or by post. We also have Skype facilities.

For those clients who ordinarily return documents to us by hand, there will be a Drop Box outside our Reception area at 30 Derby Street for your use.

Whilst the coronavirus outbreak is a constantly evolving situation we want to reassure you that we are taking sensible precautions to help minimise the potential impact upon our work for you, our staff and our operational integrity.
