Mooney Everett Solicitors in Ormskirk, Lancashire are delighted to be supporting the next Nearly New Sale for the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) at Old Christ Church, Waterloo, Crosby on Saturday 23 March 2019.
The NCT is a longstanding national charity that supports new parents, providing advice and antenatal classes throughout pregnancy, birth and the first 1,000 days of a child’s life. The North Liverpool branch is very active and regularly holds sales of preloved clothes, toys and books for new parents and their children to enjoy.
The Nearly New Sales are like pop-up department stores, held regularly throughout the year, so parents can re-cycle good quality maternity wear, baby and children’s clothes, toys and equipment. Mothers-to-be and new parents can also pick up bargains on essentials they will need.
As family lawyers, Mooney Everett Solicitors understands the pressures on new parents at this demanding time, so we have put together a few helpful items in our lovely bags for life to help the charity in their fundraising efforts. The bags will include baby thermometers and lots of other surprise goodies and will be handed out at the sale.
‘We are honoured to be supporting the National Childbirth Trust’ says family solicitor Angie Brown, ‘As family lawyers, and many of us being parents ourselves, we understand how vital the work that the charity carries out is in research and education for new parents, facilitating support networks as well as campaigning for the rights of parents nationally.’
