Wills and Probate Chartered Legal Executive
01695 574111

Gayle joined Mooney Everett in June 2016, bringing with her over 20 years of working in the private client area of law. She has worked in a number of law firms in Liverpool and Lancashire, gaining invaluable experience in the surrounding areas of Ormskirk, Southport, Skelmersdale, Burscough, Maghull, and training through the Institute of Legal Executives to qualify as a chartered legal executive.

Gayle specialises in preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, registering enduring powers of attorney, applications for grants of representation, administration of estates and Court of Protection matters.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is also a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Gayle prides herself on delivering a highly personal service, particularly in relation to the administration of estates and probate, relieving some of the pressure from families when they are dealing with the bereavement of a loved one.

Gayle also helps clients to plan for their future by making sure that their wishes are reflected correctly in their will and appointing an attorney in case they lose mental capacity to look after their own affairs.

You can arrange a meeting with Gayle at our Ormskirk office, your home (including nursing and residential homes) or at the hospital.
