She has acted in cases involving significant financial assets for high net worth individuals in business, the sports world, media and the public sector.
Helen’s clients range from small business owners to high-net-worth individuals. She has an excellent network of experts whom she calls upon to value businesses, provide expert pensions and give tax advice on transactions.
Helen was involved in the significant case of Edgerton v Edgerton and Zafirelli Shaik (2012) which involved a foreign jurisdiction, third party involvement and cross-over between civil and matrimonial law.
