Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has worked within Merseyside and Lancashire throughout her career. Helen joined Mooney Everett Solicitors in May 2012 to develop the family law department and offer clients a high standard of service and experience in Ormskirk, Southport, Skelmersdale, Burscough and Maghull.
Over the past 20 years, most of Helen’s work has involved divorce and relationship breakdown including legal disputes relating to access to children. She has acted in cases involving significant financial assets for high net worth individuals in business, the sports world, media and the public sector.

Helen’s clients range from small business owners to high-net-worth individuals. She has an excellent network of experts whom she calls upon to value businesses, provide expert pensions and give tax advice on transactions.
