Pam specialises in advising private clients in the areas of wills, probate and planning for their later years. She has been advising individuals and their families in Ormskirk, Southport, Skelmersdale, Burscough, Maghull and Lancashire for more than ten years, having joined Mooney Everett Solicitors in 2009.
Pam is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Pam’s clients range from young to old, and include newly married couples, high-net-worth individuals, people with business interests and extended family groups to consider. She makes sure that your will reflects your intentions and appoints guardians for children.
Pam specialises in advising on ways that you can plan for your old age. This includes making a lasting power of attorney in case you lose mental or physical capacity, planning for care costs and ways to minimize inheritance tax.
Pam has a very close working relationship with Age UK and regularly hosts will writing days at their branches in Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Southport and Chorley. She is also able to provide talks to local community groups.
Pam provides advice to clients on:
- Court of Protection applications;
- estate administration;
- grant of representation applications;
- inheritance and tax planning;
- legacy arrangements;
- loss of mental capacity;
- making a will;
- planning for care costs;
- power of attorney;

- will and inheritance disputes.
The thing Pam loves most about Ormskirk is that it is a small community where everybody helps each other.
‘At Mooney Everett Solicitors, we believe in supporting local businesses in any way we can, and we want local people to feel that they can come to us and we will take the time to understand their needs,’ says Pam.
Mooney Everett Solicitors is a proud supporter of Love Ormskirk.
